Can I modify a plan?

Yes β€” purchase the PDF + CAD option and take the DWG files to any architect or engineer for modifications.

Are these plans permit-ready?

Yes. All plans are drawn to standard North American building codes and are suitable for permit submission. Some jurisdictions may require a local engineer's stamp.
