Complete architectural plans of a modern vacation cabin, this design can be built on any plot of land. The cabin has large windows opening into the living space and the loft, providing scenic views to the exterior landscape. Plans are suitable to hand off to a builder or architect for building or modifications.
The set include a total of 18 sheets: Floor Plans, Elevations, Roof Plan, Electrical Plan, Foundation, Roof Framing, Section Detail, Construction Details, and Door/Window Schedule, fully dimensioned and annotated. The total heated interior is 1500SF, with 8'-0" high ceiling, large porch, and an optional fireplace. Foundation is built on crawl space. Due to variation in different States and local building departments, these plans are not intended for immediate permitting, but can be adjusted by your builder or designer if needed.
Plan is available in both Imperial and Metric units.
