The perfect cabin for a backyard 2 bedroom guest house or office space. This is the complete architectural plan of a modern cottage, with easy-to-build lean style roof! These plans are ready for construction, and suitable to be built on any plot of land. This cottage is complete with optional front deck, high ceilings, large windows for natural light, and stacked washer/dryer. Both concrete slab and concrete pier foundation options are included in the drawings.
The plans include 18 sheets: Materials List, Floor Plans, Elevations, Foundation Plan, Roof Framing Plan, Electrical Plan, Construction Details, and Door/Window Schedule, fully dimensioned and annotated. The total heated interior is 800SF, with 8'-0" - 12'-6" high ceiling. Plans are designed per standard U.S. and Canada building codes.
